Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and password. Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and time spent. Journey Content: We store the customer journey maps, touchpoints, and related content you create. Device Information: We collect device type, browser type, IP address, and operating system. Communications: We keep records of your communications with our support team.

We use the information we collect to: • Provide and maintain the Service • Process transactions and send related information • Send technical notices and support messages • Respond to your comments and questions • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service • Protect against fraudulent or illegal activity • Comply with legal obligations

Journey Studio includes AI-powered features that process your content. When you use AI features: • Your journey content may be sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) • AI providers process data according to their privacy policies • We do not use your content to train AI models • AI-generated outputs are stored in your account • You can opt out of AI features in your settings

We may share your information with: Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate the Service: • Supabase (database and authentication) • Vercel (hosting and infrastructure) • Stripe (payment processing) • Resend (email communications) Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights. Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing.
