A short list, written plainly, because behavioural tooling can be pointed the wrong way.

Do not upload special-category data — health, biometric, religious, political, trade union, sexual orientation, criminal record — unless the purpose is agreed in writing and the workspace is configured for it. Do not upload payment card numbers, passwords or government identifier images into journey content or attachments.
René exists to remove friction, not to manufacture it. Interventions designed to obscure price, manufacture false scarcity, exploit distress or make cancellation harder than purchase are outside acceptable use, and the platform will flag them in review. [counsel]
No attempt to breach security, access another tenant, reverse engineer the service, resell access without agreement, or use the platform to build a competing behavioural dataset. No automated scraping of benchmarks or library content.
Generated journeys, interventions and summaries are drafts. Publishing them without human review, or presenting generated figures as measured results, is a breach of this policy and of the way the product is designed to work.
We investigate before we act wherever the platform is not at immediate risk. Where suspension is necessary we scope it as narrowly as possible, tell your administrator what we found, and restore access once it is resolved.
