René Studio
Platform

Keep the tools you have. Connect what they know.

René is not another place to collect feedback. It pulls responses from your survey platforms, reads the exports and transcripts you already have, and files every signal against the stage and touchpoint it describes.

The problem

Another platform is not the answer if it becomes another silo.

Teams already run a survey tool, a helpdesk, review sites and a research repository. A new tool that requires everything to move into it will be abandoned within two quarters.

  • Migration cost blocks adoption before value is proven
  • Feedback that is not tied to a stage cannot say where the journey breaks
  • Manual export and re-import guarantees the data goes stale

Survey platforms, pulled on a schedule

Connect once with an API token. René pulls new responses hourly, daily or weekly, maps the columns by their question text, and files each answer against the stage and touchpoint it describes.

File import

Exports from the tools you already run

Drop in a CSV export, pick the tool it came from, and René pre-maps NPS, CSAT, CES, verbatim, date, stage and channel, and lets you correct the mapping before a single row lands. Re-importing the same file updates rows instead of duplicating them.

Conversations

Interview and call transcripts, read as evidence

Paste or upload a transcript from a research interview, a sales or support call, a chat log or usability session. René pulls out the pains, quotes and sentiment, attaches them to the right step, and adds them to the journey's feedback.

Research links

Boards, recordings and docs, on the step they explain

Paste a link and René recognises the tool, embeds it where it can and keeps a link card where it cannot, so the workshop board, the session recording and the research deck sit on the journey instead of in someone's bookmarks.

A measurement plan written for your survey platform

René's Voice of Customer plan decides what to measure, where and why. The build guide it produces is written for the platform you run, down to trigger events, question wording and routing, or kept vendor-agnostic for a tender.

Questions we get asked

Any CSV export works with a manual column mapping, and a JSON endpoint can be synced directly. Most first journeys start from a file.
