Personas that carry behaviour, not demographics.
An archetype in René is defined by how someone moves through the journey — what they need, where they hesitate, what they do instead. Built from your evidence, attached to the journey they affect.

Archetypes · same journey, three behavioursEach archetype branches the same journey model, so interventions are scoped per behaviour

The problem
Most personas describe a person and predict nothing.
A name, an age, a stock photo and a quote invented in a workshop. Useful for a slide, useless for deciding whether a given intervention will work for the segment that actually abandons.
- Personas built from assumption rather than from recorded behaviour
- No link between an archetype and the journey stage it struggles with
- Segment differences invisible in a single averaged journey
