This month focused on making the app feel faster with skeleton loading and progressive rendering, a consistent scrollbar treatment across the site, deeper journey engine logic, and new admin pages for feedback mining and benchmarking.
Loading and rendering5 changes
- —Replaced loading spinners with skeleton components across journey, dashboard, roadmap and templates pages, so pages show their layout shape while data loads instead of a blank spinner.
- —Added progressive rendering to Archetypes and Templates pages, reducing the initial load size to 9 items so first content appears faster and more loads in as you scroll.
- —Enhanced the journey skeleton with solid static chrome components for a more consistent loading appearance.
- —Fixed Toaster notification placement so it no longer causes layout shifts, moving it to the end of flex containers.
- —Added a skeleton preview page for reviewing loading states, then removed it and adjusted public route paths.
Journey canvas and navigation6 changes
- —Replaced custom scrollbars with a consistent thin, blue, auto-hide scrollbar treatment site-wide, built on OverlayScrollbars, with several rounds of refinement to exclude whole-page scroll and improve hover/focus feedback.

- —Adjusted the Canvas view header layout and enhanced header components.
- —Enhanced the dropdown menu layout with descriptions for the Generate and Enhance options.

Journey engine3 changes
- —Enhanced the journey deterministic engine with channel mode and intent codes, giving generated journeys more specific channel and intent context per step.
- —Added a success toast when generating archetype ideas and refined the toast logic.
- —Fixed category count on the archetypes page to use the actual base archetypes length.
Dashboard and metrics5 changes
- —Added daily dashboard stat snapshots to support day-over-day delta calculations.
- —Added delta values and restyled the StatCard component to show change over time on dashboard metrics.
- —Implemented a day-one fallback for dashboard metrics calculation so new accounts show sensible values.
- —Enhanced KPI stat card styling, including a watermark effect and refined stat label typography.
- —Enhanced the dashboard client with a journeyId link and improved activity log styling.
Admin console6 changes
- —Added a navigation management page and updated the admin layout.
- —Added a new admin feedback and mining page, removed the old verify-VoC route, and added error handling to feedback upserts.
